准确分析和控制射流冲击对航母甲板环境的影响是新型喷气偏流板设计和布局的关键所在。为了确定射流冲击影响最小的偏流板布局,运用有限体积法,采用分区混合网格方案,结合雷诺时均纳维斯托克斯(RANS)方程和SST k-ω湍流模型对喷气偏流板在不同布局下的射流冲击效应进行三维数值模拟。选取舰载机双发动机全加力状态时喷气偏流板与发动机距离不同、喷气偏流板倾角不同共12种布局组合进行射流冲击效应的对比计算,计算结果显示了喷气偏流板各布局下的流场参数、传热特性、尾喷口温升、冲击力和力矩等分布规律。定性和定量分析了燃气射流冲击下温度场和速度场的危险区域,结果表明,偏流板与发动机距离5 m、偏流板倾角45°时的布局更有利于将燃气射流向上引导。在此基础上,基于倾角最小化原则及二次导流原理优化设计了一种导流隔热性能好、工作稳定性高的被动隔热式喷气偏流板装置。  相似文献

The EU Regulation No 517/2014 is going to phase-out most of the refrigerants commonly used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems (R134a, R404A and R410A) because of their extended use and their high GWP values. There are very different options to replace them; however, no refrigerant has yet imposed. In this paper we review and analyze the different mixtures proposed by the AHRI as alternative refrigerants to those employed currently. These mixtures are composed by HFC refrigerants: R32, R125, R152a and R134a; and HFO refrigerants: R1234yf and R1234ze(E). It is concluded, from the theoretical analysis, that most of the new HFO/HFC mixtures perform under the HFC analyzed (although some experimental studies show the contrary) and, in most cases, do not meet the GWP restrictions approved by the European normative. Furthermore, some of the mixtures proposed would have problems due to their flammability.  相似文献

The accurate modelling and investigating effects of various parameters of the reciprocating compressors are important subjects. In this work, based on first law of thermodynamics, conversation of mass and real and ideal gas assumptions, a theoretical analysis has been constructed to simulate natural gas reciprocating compressors. For computing the thermodynamic properties of natural gas based on real gas model, the AGA8 equation of state has been used. Numerical results validated with previous measured values and showed a good agreement. The effects of important parameters such as: angular speed, clearance and pressure ratio have been studied on the performance of the compressors. The results reveal the in-control volume temperature for ideal gas is more than real gas model but the mass flow rate and work for real gas is higher than ideal gas model. On the other hand, the indicated work that required for compression is greater for ideal gas model.  相似文献

Two donor–acceptor (D–A) polymers are obtained by coupling difluoro- and dichloro-substituted forms of the electron-deficient unit BDOPV and the relatively weak donor moiety dichlorodithienylethene (ClTVT). The conductivity and power factors of doped devices are different for the chlorinated and fluorinated BDOPV polymers. A high electron conductivity of 38.3 and 16.1 S cm−1 are obtained from the chlorinated and fluorinated polymers with N-DMBI, respectively, and 12.4 and 2.4 S cm−1 are obtained from the chlorinated and fluorinated polymers with CoCp2, respectively, from drop-cast devices. The corresponding power factors are 22.7, 7.6, 39.5, and 8.0  µ W m−1 K−2, respectively. Doping of PClClTVT with N-DMBI results in excellent air stability; the electron conductivity of devices with 50 mol% N-DMBI as dopant remained up to 4.9 S m−1 after 222 days in the air, the longest for an n-doped polymer stored in air, with a thermoelectric power factor of 9.3  µ W m−1 K−2. However, the conductivity of PFClTVT-based devices can hardly be measured after 103 days. These observations are consistent with morphologies determined by grazing incidence wide angle X-ray scattering and atomic force microscopy.  相似文献

The air conditioning method based on radiation heat exchange has the characteristics of small vertical temperature gradient, high thermal comfort and energy saving, and has become a hot spot of attention. The Fluent numerical simulation, the experiment in this paper studies the direct expansion multi-line radiant air conditioner under the artificially simulated climate environment in winter heating, summer cooling and dehumidification. The temperature difference of the radiation + fresh air mode at the same time indoors under heating conditions is less than 2.5 °C, and the time to reach the indoor set temperature of 24 °C is about 2–3 h. Under cooling conditions, the temperature difference of the radiation + fresh air mode at the same time in the room is about 0.5–2 °C, and the time to reach the indoor set temperature of 26 °C is about 1–3 h. In the fresh air mode, the indoor temperature difference and response time at the same time are slightly larger than the radiation + fresh air mode. The freezing and dehumidification effect of fresh air is obvious, the moisture content of dehumidifying fresh air is between 6.3 and 10.5 g/kg, and the dehumidification efficiency can reach 50%. Under the same artificial simulated climate environment, the consumption of the three modes is not much different. When the outdoor temperature in heating conditions is higher than 9 °C, the fresh air mode can get better, and the radiation + fresh air mode can achieve better comfort when running indoors under various conditions.  相似文献

为研究动车组司机室空调蒸发器的噪声响应,建立某型司机室分体式空调蒸发器的计算流体动力学模型,采用FLUENT中的大涡模拟(large eddy simulation, LES)计算瞬态气动流场。对瞬态流场数据进行傅里叶变换,得到空气流场的频域数据。基于流场频域数据,采用Virtual.Lab的边界元法计算蒸发器的气动噪声,采用声压法计算蒸发器的辐射声功率,并与测试结果进行对比分析。结果表明:蒸发器出口位置气动噪声最高,最大声压级高于56 dB;最大声功率级出现在125~400 Hz的低频段;声功率级随着频率的增加逐渐降低,但在5 000 Hz的高频辐射中声功率级仍然超过55 dB,这表明空调蒸发器气动噪声属于宽频噪声;计算结果与测试结果吻合良好,验证声压法计算空调蒸发器气动声功率可行。  相似文献

为确保原CO压缩机在净化系统升级改造项目实施后能安全稳定运行,采取了流程优化、工艺条件论证、设备缺陷排查、联锁指标重新确定等一系列措施。改造措施实施后,CO压缩机出口压力稳定在3.23 MPa左右,有效缓解了前后工序压力波动对压缩机稳定运行的影响,各级水冷却器的换热效果也得到了较大的改善。  相似文献
